How much space do I need to leave luggage?

Many of our stores offer 10 square meter lockers that can easily accommodate 2-3 standard-sized suitcases. Our 16 square meter lockers can accommodate 6-7 standard-sized suitcases, ideal for larger groups.

Alternatively we may recommend storing your items in a shared apartment if they are particularly large (for example if you need to store skis) as this may be cheaper for you than renting a larger unit. All of our common areas are secure: no one can access them unless a member of staff is present.

We also offer storage in boxes or pallets where your items can be packed to keep them safe, clean and dry when you need them.

You do not need to provide us with a utility bill as proof of identity; We know you probably won't have them on hand when you travel. Instead, you can show us your travel documents.

Unless you choose to use a shared storage area, your items will be stored in a locked unit to which you have the only key. We ask that you bring your own lock or buy one from us (cost £12.50) to secure your device.
